Describe the people involved, the decisions they make and the information they need. A custom AI project might support customer service, internal knowledge or a specific operational process. We assess the problem before deciding which parts need AI and which need ordinary software.
Choose a clear relationship to Salma
A dedicated system is different from using or extending the Salma SaaS. It may have different users, interfaces and integration needs. Deployment, ownership, data responsibilities and support must be agreed in the project scope; they should not be assumed from a marketing page.
Build around evidence of usefulness
A sensible project defines a first useful outcome, representative scenarios and a way to evaluate the result. Include incorrect inputs, missing information and the point where a person must intervene. The goal is a system your team can operate, not a demonstration that works only for one prepared question.
