When the product is close, but one step is different
Your team may use a specific approval process, collect a particular enquiry detail or need a different operational view. Start by explaining the outcome and who uses it. We first assess what existing configuration can do before defining a custom feature.
Agree the boundary of the extension
A feature inside the SaaS must fit the platform’s permissions, data model and supported workflows. We discuss feasibility, scope and how the change will be maintained. A request is not a promise that any feature can be delivered or made exclusive to one customer.
Make delivery reviewable
Define representative scenarios, failure cases and acceptance criteria together. Agree who approves the result and what ongoing support covers. If the requirements point toward a separate product rather than a platform extension, we will discuss that distinction directly.
